This one day Mindfulness class will help you learn how to achieve one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. We will be exploring the state of being non-judgmental toward ourselves and others as it is happening. Mindfulness is about waking up from a life on automatic, and being sensitive to our everyday experiences.
