Nature is one of the best environments to practice mindfulness. This interactive one-day class of instructional discussions and outdoor activities will allow you to establish a relationship between your surroundings and inner self. You’ll learn how to achieve awareness in present moments while calmly acknowledging and accepting your emotions, thoughts, and bodily sensations. This class explores the state of being nonjudgmental while practicing awareness of how things are manifesting within you and around you. During all these techniques, you’ll learn how the environment is a key to healing with a vibrational upload and how your breathing is the anchor of wayward attention.
