In this class, you’ll learn the art of cheese making by working on three different kinds: a farmer’s cheese, a soft cheese, and a Colby/Monterey Jack. Take your newly acquired skills home to recreate these tasty creations on your own stovetop! Ingredients are provided, along with suggestions and guidelines for future cheese-making endeavors.
